Refund policy

All Wind & Sea orders are non-refundable.

Exchanges or store credits are approved at the discretion of Wind & Sea. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please notify us at hello@wind8sea.com. Please, attach photos of the damage in your email. We will investigate your claim, and let you know if the replacement was approved or not. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.
